Hi,
if the box is for some reason unresponsive (can’t be accessed remotely) there is no way of turning it off. You could turn off the power with another box, but then you would have to wait for the backup module to run out which could take some time of course.
I will note this feature request and see if it can be made into something with the Zipabox 2 which is in development.
